Change of Address Limited Filer

Effective December xx, 2018, a new event was created to file a Change of Address.

Please file Local Form G-15, Change of Address for Creditors, to document the change.


Note: Local Form G-15, Change of Address for Creditors, will allow you to report a change in the notice address, payment address, or both.

 

This event can be used to file a change of address for the creditor.

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:

  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Creditor Claimant Activity]

  2. Enter Case Number, and click Next

  1. The verification screen will display. Verify you are docketing on correct case. If notClosed click the back button to go back to the case number field and re-enter the case number/If yes

  2. Select Change of Address from pick list, and click Next

  1. Select any additional attorney (s) (if applicable), and click Next

  2. Select party from pick list or Add/create new party (if applicable), and click Next

    3. The association screen will display when the attorney/party association does not exist, access Association Screen process to determine if association should be created

  1. The following reminder will appear, click Next

    REMINDER: Registered Efilers (attorneys, trustees & limited filers) should update their address through Utilities, Maintain Your ECF Account.

  1. The Selection screen will appear

    Individual case select Creditor, and click Next

    2. Joint Case select Creditor, and click Next

  1. Select the address which is being changed

  1. Enter the name of the creditor, and click Next

  1. Enter the new notice address or new payment address or both, and click Next


    The selection for step 11 will determine which screen(s) appear.

  1. The PDF screen will display

    2. Browse, View and Attach, and click Next

  1. The Docketing Editing Screen will display

    Select the appropriate prefix from the drop down menu if applicable, and click next.

  1. The Final docketing screen will appear. Verify the accuracy of the docket text, if not correctClosed click Bankruptcy to start overif correct,

Change of Address for Oliphant Financial, LLC. Notice Address changed to PO Box 788 Kirkland, WA 98083 Filed by Oliphant Financial LLC

Change of Address for Skopos Financial LLC. Payment Address changed to P.O. Box 141419 Irving, TX 75014 Filed by Skopos

Change of Address for Westlake Financial Services. Notice address changed to 700 Kansas Ln, Mail Code LA4-5555 Monroe, Louisiana 71203. Payment Address changed to PO Box 16358 St. Paul, MN 55116 Filed by Westlake Financial Services.

The clerk's office will update the party's address the following business day

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one timefree look at the document filed.
